We are excited to ‘Bring the Community Together’ by incorporating 2 local non-profits as well as food, drink & donations from several local businesses.
We are excited to benefit local non-profits: The Women’s Circle & Lynn Cancer Institute “Go Pink Challenge!”
We will be applying temporary pink hair extensions at the event and throughout the month of October with all proceeds to benefit “Go Pink Challenge”.
All raffle proceeds at the event will benefit The Women’s Circle.
Improving the lives of women in Palm Beach County since 2000! Their mission is to provide the tools women need to realize their full potential through education, career development, and life skills/personal enrichment programs. They meet women at their point of need and guide them towards economic stability, job security, and leadership roles in the community.
- Career Development: Program provides clients with the tools and skills required to interview for jobs and to maintain or improve their employment. Services include: Resume preparation, Job application preparation, Interview techniques, and client follow-up.
- Education: Offerings include English, English for Speakers of Other Languages, Adult Literacy, Citizenship, Computer Skills, Sewing, Entrepreneurship, Career Development
- Life Skills: Provide programming in exploration of a variety of life skills such as general health and wellness, personal safety, financial planning & parenting.
The Mayor of Boynton Beach, Steven Grant, will be present to perform our ribbon cutting as well as other city & county officials!
